Our senior strategist, Blaine Kyllo, will share his expertise on content strategy for intranets next week. Blaine will present his recent work for our long-time client BC Hydro, along with the utility company’s Manager of Business Innovations and Operations Customer Service, Ken Bell.
Blaine and Ken will share the successful process of merging several of BC Hydro’s internal information repositories for frontline agents into one central Knowledge Centre. The case study will be part of a panel on customer experience, called Back to CX Basics: Getting Great at What Matters Most, which focuses on how to succeed at the fundamentals necessary to provide a great customer experience.
