Blaine Kyllo will be speaking in Vancouver at ThoughSummit on May 14

ThoughtSummit is a conference all about intranets. It brings together people working in communications, HR, and IT, and is a great place to connect with your peers, as well as industry-recognized experts, through presentations, workshops, and networking events.

This year, Blaine will be talking about a project we did with BC Hydro to redesign the architecture, taxonomy, and content for an information repository to make it more useful and usable for the frontline customer service staff who use it.

Be sure to register to get all the details, and to learn from many other great speakers discussing a range of topics, including:

  • Rowboat in a Hurricane: Dealing with Change & Unexpected Setbacks – Julie Angus
  • A Tale of Two Intranets – Rob Lumley
  • They Said “We Do!” a Love Story of Employee Engagement – Natasha Langlois
  • How to Customize Your Intranet to Keep Employees Engaged – Sean Biehle

We hope to see you there!
